100 Thrusters 105/75

1 Mile Run

Cashout:

100 Calorie Row
Partners can do the Thrusters, Box Jumps and Run in any order and break it up however they’d like. As a team, they just need to complete these movements before moving on to the Calorie Row.

1 Partner works at a time while the other rests.
